Refreshing one of Australia’s largest property fund managers with a digital and scalable identity—retaining brand equity while expanding to a system that emphasises performance, people, and the planet.

ISPT is one of Australia’s largest unlisted property fund managers. Strategic changes have transformed the brand into an energetic business of the future, providing better outcomes for performance, people, and the planet. To signpost this change, the brand called for an evolution, a way to resonate with new audiences, and an approach that could scale across a digital ecosystem.

Rather than reducing the logo to a wordmark, we maintained the unique equity of the existing mark—whilst expanding the brand world in a way that rang true as ISPT. Digital-first, the identity reimagines ISPT to be human-focused and impactful—telling a story beyond property, of creating better futures. The holistic system ties framing devices, infographics, iconography, and graphic patterns together into a consistent language.

Within its initial months, the identity increased website session traffic by +12% and engaged sessions by +17%. There was a +50% increase in event sponsor recall recorded at the 2024 Mother’s Day Classic Sydney event as part of ISPT’s national partnership and activation.
